Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We offer the following shipping services within the United States:
- Free ground shipping on all orders over $50
- Expedited shipping, delivery in 4 business days*
- Ground shipping, delivery in 7 business days*
When you place an order with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email summarizing your order. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for your order. After you place your order, please allow for 24-48 hours to receive your shipment confirmation. Your order’s tracking number may take another 24 hours to activate.
*Please note: orders placed after 12 pm will ship on the next business day. Order processing and delivery times may vary. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

If your order was shipped with the incorrect product(s) or was damaged during shipping, please email us and we’ll replace the items that were shipped in error or damaged in transit. We do not accept returns if your products have been opened, but please refer to our refund policy below.
We believe in treating all of our customers like our own family and friends. We’re here to make your world Weller, and meeting your service expectation is our first priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the products that you ordered, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 60 days of your purchase.
